After many years of foraging in the woods with his kids, Jason started growing gourmet mushrooms in the basement. What initially started as a hobby has turned into a full-time business. Jason currently grows Lions Mane, several different varieties of Oysters, Chestnut, Reishi, Black and King Pearl. He also has locally foraged Chaga.
Our farm is located in Strafford, VT. All mushrooms are grown and harvested on-site, other than the locally foraged Chaga. We will be starting a CSA in the very near future with pickup locations in Strafford and Quechee. We will also be at local farmer's markets this summer and will post a schedule when available.
